SAS Déclic, whose head office is located at 2 Cours Saint Louis, 33300 Bordeaux, FRANCE has a “showcase” website, which presents its consultancy, auditing and training activity in QSE management systems. This site allows, via an online contact form,
to receive requests for quotes from Internet users and the data collected on this occasion is recorded in a prospect file. This file is used to: respond to requests for questions and quotes posted on the website.
Legal basis for processing
· Issuance of quotes: the legal basis for processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures
(Cf. article 6.1.b of the European Data Protection Regulation).
Data categories
· Identity: company name, company activity, last name, first name, address,
email address, telephone number.
· Data relating to quotes: quote number, details and amount of the service requested.
Data recipients
The staff of Déclic is the recipient of all categories of data.
Data retention period
· Data required for the issuance of quotes: one (1) year if the issuance of the
estimate. If the quote is transformed into an order, the data is transferred to the customer file of our society.
