Internal Audit

The outsourcing of internal audits gives you a fresh look to assess the functioning of your organization and the efficiency of your processes. The audit can be carried out on targeted processes or on the entire standard, depending on your needs and expectations.
This can be a real asset in preparing for your third party certification audits.
Supplier audit

Controlling the chain of subcontractors is at the heart of current concerns for companies. The performance of your subcontractors reflects your own performance and your customers performance as all parties will be liable.
Déclic carries out all the steps of your supplier audits: from the follow-up of the audit to the correction of the detected discrepencies.
External audit
(Third Party)
Déclic carries out freelance external audits on behalf of various certification bodies. The goal of these audits, usually carried out over a 3-year cycle (an initial audit then an annual surveillance audit) is to verify that the management system of companies, requesting certification, complies with the normative requirements.
